Processing Time:
- Ready-made pieces ship within 3–5 business days
- Custom orders may require 5–7 business days to be handmade

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–25 business days

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to activate.

Shipping Guarantee:
All items are shipped with protective packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen courier issues, but we will support you through every step until delivery.

Returns:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item
- Ship items back within 21 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized orders (unless they arrive damaged)
- Gift cards and digital downloads

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
